Sweet and Spicy Walnuts
Need a go-to item to make for holiday parties this year? Look no further. These snack-able walnuts taste indulgent but are packed with protein from egg whites and the walnuts supply a good amount of fiber and healthy fats, making them the perfect appetizer to nibble on while you celebrate this holiday season!

4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Coat walnuts in egg white and maple syrup.
Stir together remaining ingredients and toss with walnut mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, option to stir halfway through.
